1. Happy New Year!
I have many resolutions, goals I’d like to achieve, habits I’d like to start. But, to be successful, I need to start small. Ideally, I’d like to become healthier and more organized. I’d like to get myself focused and not sidetracked. I’d like my days to be more productive. To get there, I’m starting with small resolutions that will hopefully discipline me and get me on the road to overall wellness.
1. Consistently work out 3-5 times per week, with the goal of losing 15 pounds in 3 months.
2. Incorporate yoga once weekly.
3. Take vitamins daily.
4. Floss daily.
5. Daily Top 3 Goal (to be elaborated on in a future post today)
That’s all for now. Sure, I’d like to read more, develop a better daily routine, but that will all be incorporated as the year goes on. Lent will be a good time to add any religious goals.
So for now, farewell 2011 and welcome 2012!
