I’ve been searching for a good quality, affordable, black, knee-length A-line skirt for awhile, without much luck. On Monday, I found one at the Limited for only $24.99 in store!

Also, I’m usually opposed to blouses — I make every excuse to not wear one to work: sleeves are too short, needs ironing, etc. But, this tall-sized iron-free blouse my parents gave me for Christmas fits perfectly, and, is wonderfully wrinkle-less. So, for once, I look somewhat put together and professional. :)

Edit: My co-workers said I looked like a ‘lil Catholic school girl. What? No. Not even close. Clearly they didn’t wear a “sassy plaid miniskirt” for 13 years straight.

(And yes, those are the words the Chicago Sun Times used to describe our uniforms in an article back in 2003).
