Overall, I think I did pretty well with my Christmas shopping this year. I found fantastic deals, and everyone I shopped for seems pretty happy.

But perhaps the best deal I found was at Anthropologie, of all places! Matt and I stopped there while Christmas shopping at the Plaza a couple of weeks ago. We found this in lotion and body wash - Kensington Garden by Royal Apothic - and we both drank in its light, floral scent. Even Matt liked it! (The photo pictured above is the hand creme of the same scent).

Retail, this lotion is $20 for a 4-ounce tube.

However, this Anthropologie was selling special 8-ounce bottles… on clearance for $3.95! Plus, there was an additional “30 percent off all sale items” sale going on!

So, I purchased four 8-ounce bottles for $3 each! Retail, that would have been $40 each (4 ounces at $20)

Deal of the holiday season!

(Plus this weekend, I stopped at the Oak Brook Anthro… sure enough, they were selling the 4 ounce lotions for $20!)
